Terms and Conditions of Need A Nerd Vouchers
By purchasing a voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Need A Nerd vouchers entitle the bearer to goods and services from Need A Nerd, not exceeding the value of the voucher purchased
- Sale and redemption of vouchers is subject to Need A Nerd's standard terms and conditions, available at needanerd.co.nz/terms
- Need A Nerd may refuse to honour any voucher that is disfigured, illegible or otherwise damaged, at its own discretion
- Voucher balance is not transferable and will not be redeemed for cash
- Vouchers may be redeemed for goods and services from Need A Nerd only
- Vouchers may be partially redeemed. Any balance will be held in credit and not be refunded in cash or vouchers
- Vouchers must be surrendered to Need A Nerd on redemption
- Voucher redemption is subject to availability of Need A Nerd technicians
- Surcharges apply for service outside Need A Nerd's coverage area, outside of normal business hours or during statutory holidays
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with finance offers
- Vouchers must be redeemed on or before the expiry date. Any unused balance after this date will not be refunded or credited
- Vouchers can only be redeemed in New Zealand
