We will help you setup up a new email address using Outlook.com (by Microsoft), or Gmail.com (from Google), your choice.
We will migrate your existing email across.
We offer this service over the internet or in your home.

Service includes:

  • Set up new email address
  • Set up account recovery process (in case you forget or lose your password)
  • Set up forwarding from your old email address
  • Setup a rule to tag messages sent to your old account, so you can advise them of your new email address
  • Migrate your existing client data from one email account / device (up to 2GB).

 

Terms

  • We may deliver this service by remote access or at your premises at our sole discretion
  • Excess data, additional email accounts or devices may incur additional charges
  • We do not guarantee migration of all data for all scenarios. Your ISP may not allow export of selected data
  • Email forwarding is reliant on your ISP support this feature
  • Additional fees may apply for outdated devices running Linux, or operating systems prior to Windows 7 or Mac OSX 10.4
  • If you are located outside our travel-free coverage area, a travel fee may apply. Does not apply to remote services.
  • Service delivered during business hours only. Additional fees apply for support outside business hours.
  • Your email client software may require updating. Outlook 2007 or earlier is not supported.
  • Outlook.com includes at least 5GB of storage. Gmail.com includes 15GB of storage.

Business Email Upgrade - $199 plus GST

Now’s a great time to get your business up and running on an email brand you can control! If you are using an email address from your internet provider (not just Vodafone, but any ISP) to run your business, you are taking an unnecessary risk.

We’ll help you to obtain a domain, @yourbrand.co.nz, and setup premium business email services using Office365.  We will migrate your existing email across. We offer this service over the internet or at your business location.

Service includes:

  • Set up of one domain and email address (e.g. yourname@yourbrand.co.nz) for 1 year, which includes 1 year of Office 365 – Exchange Online services.
    • After the first year you will need to renew the service for $5.50 per user per month or $66 per user per year
  • Already have a domain name? You can bring your existing domain over to us and we’ll renew it for another year instead.
  • Set up account recovery process (in case you forget or lose your password)
  • Set up forwarding from your old email address
  • Setup a rule to tag messages sent to your old account, so you can advise them of your new email address
  • Migrate your existing client data from one email account / device (up to 2GB).
  • Need Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft Office? This can be purchased as a subscription for an additional fee
