We guarantee to have a technician on site within 24 hours of the call being booked. In the normal course of business a technician will be able to be on site on the same day. If you've got an emergency we guarantee to dispatch a technician within 1 hour (there maybe additional charges if you want to access this service).
Travel: Need a Nerd does not levy any travel charges or travel time and you're only charged for time on site (free travel area conditions apply).
Dedicated Telephone Support: Need a Nerd offers technical telephone support from our NZ based 0800 call centre for business customer by our dedicated Call Centre technicians. They provide specialised second line technical support and can assess your request and often resolve the issue over the phone on the spot.
Remote Support: We can often solve your problems remotely via the internet, saving time and money and getting you up and running quickly. You can access this service whenever you need it via the Call Centre.
Remote Proactive Monitoring: Our experience and breadth of service means we not only fix things when they go wrong we can also proactively review your systems to identify risks and opportunities. The service allows us to monitor performance, detect issues before they become real problems and offer solutions that will benefit your overall system.
